JTCC is looking for college players who have expressed a passion and enthusiasm to coach top junior players. During our upcoming summer camp, these players will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Directors Vesa Ponkka and Frank Salazar – two of the top developmental coaches in the country who were each recognized as the United States Olympic Coaches of the Year. Our ideal candidates will be extremely engaging on court and will maintain passion and enthusiasm for developing top junior players on and off the court.
Potential Salary: Hourly wage of $20-$25/hr depending on experience and the opportunity to earn commission from private lessons.
Summer Camp Dates: June 9 – August 22 (Monday through Friday; 6-8 hours per day)
A candidate should possess the following:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Energy and enthusiasm for growing the game of tennis
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
