JTCC is pleased to announce the appointment of six new Advisory Board members:
Hillary Baltimore
Hillary supports a variety of organizations that are focused on providing opportunities to underserved segments of the population. She was a consultant to the Department of Defense’s Military Housing Privatization program, and a consultant for Ernst & Young in their Public/Private Real Estate Consulting Group. Her primary work has revolved around fundraising, marketing, and program development. Hillary recently served as the President of the Washington Tennis and Education Foundation, and is an avid tennis player.
Stephen Glover
Steve is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. He served as a law clerk to Justice Thurgood Marshall in the United States Supreme Court from 1981 to 1982. He earned his law degree cum laude in 1980 from Harvard Law School and received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude in 1977 from Amherst College.
Brian Harris
Brian is a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the Washington D.C. office of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He leads BCG’s North American Retail practice in addition to its North American Expert Career Track. Prior to joining BCG, Brian spent four years as a sports agent at ProServ, Inc., where he recruited, managed, and marketed top international professional tennis players. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Brian enjoys getting on the court and is a high level sectional tournament player.
Alison Kutler
Alison serves as the leader of the Strategic Policy Advisers practice at PwC. Alison has more than 20 years’ experience in government and the private sector developing and leading business, regulatory and policy strategies at the U.S. and global level. Alison received a J.D. from Stanford Law School and a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. She’s also a passionate tennis player and jumps on court whenever she can.
Robert Thomson, III
Bobby is Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Government Relations at Visa Inc. Before joining Visa in 2013, Bobby was with American Express Company for twelve years where he served as Vice President, Federal Government Affairs. He has a M.B.A. from the George Washington University and a B.A. from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN and is an accomplished tennis player.
Sheila Walker
Sheila is a Scientist at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research explores the biological embedding of chronic stress and how environmental factors can significantly enhance or degrade health and academic performance, with an emphasis on high-poverty educational and family contexts. Sheila attended the University of Colorado on a tennis scholarship, played professional tennis in Europe after graduation, and continues to compete at a national level.
