jtcc wheelchair championships

The combined ITF Level 3, USTA Level 2, and Junior Tournament Series event plans to attract top talent to the East Coast over Labor Day weekend at the world-renowned JTCC tennis facility located just outside of Washington, DC.

JTCC runs the largest comprehensive wheelchair tennis program within a single facility in the country in partnership with MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital, serving 50 local players in the past year. Half of those players are anticipated to compete in this year’s tournament.

The tournament joins JTCC’s rich tradition of hosting ITF tournaments, with this event following on the heels of the Grade 1 Junior ITF tournament that brings the best in the world to College Park to compete before the Junior US Open.
