Did you listen carefully to Andy Murray’s post-match interview?
After chucking the proverbial monkey off his back and with the weight of a country off his shoulders, an exhausted Murray detailed to ESPN’s Tom Rinaldi his pre-match visualizations.
The following is the exchange between the two:
Rinaldi: You told us before this fortnight in an anecdote that you shared that after last year you dreamed when you had just started to get over the loss that you actually won it. Then you woke up and realized you lost. A year later, how do you describe living the dream?
Murray: It’s weird…I had a weird dream last night that I thought I was playing Radek Stepanek or Denis Kudla in the Final.
It will not be long before that second dream becomes a reality.
Congratulations to Murray and we look forward to watching Kudla on a Grand Slam Final stage in the near future.
