Welcome to the Junior Tennis Champion Center (JTCC) USTA Level 3 National Tournament! We are excited to host you and looking forward to seeing the new generation of future stars!
Tournament Hotel: Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts by IHG at Greenbelt, Maryland

Singles Scoring Format: 32 Player Draw. Best 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring, 10-pt TB in lieu of 3rd set. There will be a Feed-In Consolation through the R16. There will be a playoff for 3rd/4th place along with 5th/6th place.
Doubles Scoring Format: 16 Team Draw. 8 Game Pro-Set (no-ad). No consolation for doubles. There will be a 3rd/4th playoff for doubles.
We will not be accepting any late entries. To ensure fairness and parity, there will be strictly NO REFUNDS after the entry deadline.
Tournament Ball: Wilson US Open Extra Duty
Surface: All matches will be played on Hard Courts.
Officiating (TBA): One roving official per every four courts. Chaired matches for the singles final, singles semi-finals, singles ¾ playoff, and doubles final.

Day 1:
Singles – MD Round of 32 & Round of 16, FIC Round 1
Doubles – Round of 16 & Quarters
Day 2:
Singles – MD Quarters & Semis, FIC Round 2 & Quarters, Quarterfinal Playoff
Doubles – Semis
Day 3:
Singles – MD Finals and 3/4 Playoff, 5/6 Playoff, FIC Semis
Doubles – Final and 3/4 Playoff

Practice Courts: There will possibly be one to two practice courts on site. Please contact Terence Tche at ttche@jtcc.org for warm-up court. There is also a hitting wall on-site if players choose to use it. There is public courts next to JTCC, and it is first come first serve basis.
Stringing: JTCC does have stringing on site. $22 for the tournament stringing rate (with players bringing their own strings), and $27 to $41 for players that did not bring their own strings. JTCC only carries Wilson and Luxlion strings but does not have a full collection of the strings.
On-site Alternates: We will be taking on-site alternates, players must sign in and it will be in order of top down from the alternate list.

Draws will be published no later than Thursday, April 11th 8am.
JTCC will have available water and ice machine located to the left and rigiht hallway of the entrance by the locker rooms.
