SafeSport & Athlete Safety
JTCC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for every athlete and family we serve. As a USTA-affiliated organization, JTCC follows the policies and requirements of the U.S. Center for SafeSport (USCSS), including the SafeSport Code and Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP), as well as USTA Safe Play protocols.
JTCC requires applicable staff, coaches, volunteers, and contractors to complete required training and screening and to follow established standards for athlete safety and conduct.

Reporting Abuse or Misconduct
All JTCC staff and volunteers are mandatory reporters. Suspected abuse or misconduct involving a minor must be reported immediately to the U.S. Center for SafeSport and to JTCC leadership.
Concerns involving abuse or misconduct may be reported directly to the U.S. Center for SafeSport at 833-587-SAFE (7233) or through its online reporting form. JTCC recognizes and abides by disciplinary decisions issued through the SafeSport process.
